Our story in the wondrous, peace-loving land of Serenia is this: millions of years ago, Bur, The God of Creation, waged an epic war against the Evil deity Harlan. The war dragged on for an eternity, until Bur finally forged the Holy Sword Lamborisa. He used Lamborisa to slay Harlan and then sealed his soul within this magical weapon of elemental power. This done, Bur hid Lamborisa deep within in the Abyss Labyrinth where he hoped it would never be found again. Since his victory, peace in the world of Serenia has been maintained for eons, but now the Holy Sword has become corrupted by Harlan's dark and twisted soul, growing more and more evil as his strength intensifies in his fight to free himself from its confines. There is only one thing driving Harlan's struggle for resurrection: revenge! In Serenia Fantasy, players must enter the Abyss Labyrinth and destroy the sword to prevent this and its unspeakable consequences from happening, and win back peace for Serenia.
