
Zhou Hongyi, CEO of Chinese online security software developer Qihoo 360 (Nasdaq: QIHU), revealed Monday that the company will increase investment in its browser game platform, but will no longer develop its own browser games.
Guo Haibin, director of Qihoo 360's gaming center, said recently that in 2012 the company will launch a gaming open platform (open.1360.com) and its "1360 Game Trial Center," and will offer incentives such as revenue sharing, free server space, and bandwidth support for participating game developers.
