Sega of America announced on 6th July 2011 in a press release that their fun, wacky MMORPG, Spiral Knights, officially has over one million registered users. This is a huge milestone for any game and shows that the world of Cradle is an interesting place to be.

Since the official launch in April of this year, Spiral Knights has been continuously growing to encompass one million players world-wide. To help celebrate this momentous occasion, Sega of America is going to be launching new content as well!

The Ironclaw Munitions Factory is the newest addition to the world of Cradle in Spiral Knights and opens the door for players to explore a completely new dungeon. Deep within Cradle,this dungeon is full of gremlin engineers, building an extremely powerful weapon known as Project Roarmulus. You must find out what this project is all about and stop it before it becomes fully operational! Of course, there have been some new weapons such as the Polaris and Supernova guns added to help you in this time of great peril…

This is not the first content update to hit Spiral Knights either. Shortly after the game was officially launched, there was another major update which introduced a large amount of new content for the players to explore. Nothing drives a knight to explore further than more content deep in the Clockworks.
