Funtactix Cooperate With Paramount to Release Browser Game Rango: The World

Browser-based game developer Funtactix announced that it is releasing Rango: The World, an online game based on Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies' upcoming animated feature film.

Debuting alongside the Rango movie on March 4th, the online title will invite fans to create an avatar, join with friends, and explore environments from the film. They'll meet characters from Rango, take on quests, compete in minigames, and customize a personal hub.

Funtactix says this is one of the first applications that takes advantage of "The World", its multi-year technology investment that seeks to "create authentic online experiences with compelling characters and breathtaking visuals, giving fans the opportunity to enter the world of their favorite film."
