Electronic Arts Supports Gay Youth
Electronic Arts, one of the biggest video game companies in the world, has become the first game company to support gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered employees.

In the video posted by EA, some gay employees said: "Yes, it gets better. We hope that EA isn't the last to do so."
As early as this July, Google began paying its gay and lesbian employees more than heterosexual ones to compensate for their losses caused by higher taxes. Google was the first Internet company to make such a move on behalf of their gay staff. Google currently has more than 20 thousand employees, about 700 of whom have joined the gay organization inside the company.
Critics said the acts of Google and EA could help the society tolerate gay people better and inspire other firms to follow suit.
