The official website of Quake Live announced that a number of new game servers will be provided for players.

We've added a number of new game server locations in the United States that should provide even more players with lower latency matches. As of tonight, we now have game servers in the U.S. running in the following cities:
-Los Angeles, CA
-Palo Alto, CA
-Seattle, WA - *NEW*
-Dallas, TX
-Chicago, IL
-Atlanta, GA *NEW*
-Ashburn, VA
-New York, NY *NEW*

For those of you outside of the United States, we'll be adding game servers in the following locations within about a week or so:
-Toronto, Canada
-Spain
-China
-Japan

We will continue to evaluate new locations based on player population.
